Hotel For Sale Masuria Poland: Kaliszki Manor, which was built in 1830, probably used the foundations of an older building. At the end of the 19th century the entire landed estate covered 1194ha and was owned by the Jorstreuter family. The change of use and modernisation of the building (2005-2009) increased its attractiveness as a historic monument and its business potential. All work was carried out in consultation with the Provincial Conservator of Monuments. 

The conservation work was carried out with attention to every detail both in the building and in its surroundings. The former multifunctional building, which served various functions in the years after World War II: housing, offices of a state institution, a kindergarten, a country club and a chicken coop, gained a new purpose as a HOTEL. Kaliszki Manor became a member of the prestigious Association of Historic Hotels in Poland (HHP), which brings together owners of historic buildings including castles and palaces throughout Poland. As part of its cooperation with HHP, it was granted membership of  Historic Hotels of Europe.
