GUARANTEED RENT:

We rent your apartment on a guaranteed rent and we then rent it as a short-term serviced holiday or weekly rent. We deal with basic maintenance, small things to fix, without contacting you the owner.

This is an ongoing practice in the UK and we are doing the same thing here in Warsaw and Lodz.  For verified owners, we provide a Damage Coverage Guarantee.

GUEST NO DEPOSIT NEEDED:

On a short business, tourist, student, or family vacation for a few weeks. We have the apartments furnished and equipped. Once you confirm the apartment is available. you just pay the reservation fee success your booking is in motion. 

PORTALS WE USE:

AirBnB, Booking.Com and we look after the cleaning and check in and out. We have been doing that side of our business for around 8 months the see how it would work. We had no problems with our guest and so we are looking for properties to continue doing this.
